Part-Time Dual-Certified Nurse Practitioner – Delaware
Dual-Certified Nurse Practitioner – Family & Psychiatric
Part-Time | Hybrid | Delaware | Level 3.1 Treatment Center
We are seeking a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide integrated medical and behavioral health care at a Level 3.1 substance use disorder treatment center in Delaware.
The ideal candidate has experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and is comfortable treating individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical and psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient care.
- Manage MAT, including medication initiation, monitoring, and follow-up.
- Diagnose and treat co-occurring medical and behavioral health conditions.
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Provide patient education and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with Delaware regulations.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified FNP and PMHNP.
- Current Delaware APRN/NP licensure and prescriptive authority.
- MAT/SUD treatment experience strongly preferred.
- DEA registration and appropriate controlled-substance prescribing credentials.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
